Q1: What is the specific melting point of your EVA bags?

We offer precise melting points including 70°C, 80°C, 90°C, and 110°C. We can recommend the best melting point based on your mixing temperature to ensure full integration.

Q2: Will it affect the physical properties of the rubber compound?

No. Our EVA bags are made from high-purity resins that are fully compatible with Natural and Synthetic rubbers. They become part of the compound without altering the formulation.

Q3: How do I choose the right thickness for my application?

This depends on the weight of the chemicals. Typically, 40-60 microns are used for light additives, while 100+ microns are used for heavier batches (up to 25kg).

Q4: Are you a factory or a trading company?

Q5: What is your lead time and payment term?

Normally, the lead time is 15-20 days for a 20ft/40HQ container. Payment terms are 30% T/T deposit in advance and balance before delivery.
